Cancellations & Refunds: At Baby Boo Basics, we take pride in offering the industry's best return policies. You can cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped, with some exceptions such as custom orders (details below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at 1(302) 830-3005, the chat in the bottom right, or email returns@babyboobasics.com any time.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Please note that custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order. These units are custom-made to your specification or created once you order. Custom order brands include Pottery Barn. Please refer to a product page to check if a product is custom or made-to-order.

Once your custom or made-to-your-specification order is placed, a manufacturer start building your unit while ensuring you receive a fully functional and operational product. If you are unsure whether your order is custom or made to order, please contact us via message or phone call.

All sales are final for custom made and made-to-order products.

Refunds and Returns

By default, unless otherwise stated on the product page, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee less shipping and a restocking fee (domestically within U.S. Only). We do not accept international returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges or re-consignment fees resulting from customer error.

If you need to exchange your product, you have the option to do so. Please be aware that you are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. Returns will only be accepted after being authorized by our customer service within the specified return period.

Due to the significant increase in LTL/freight shipping expenses, a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs will be applied to outright returns. If you are replacing the product with another item, we may be able to assist with some of the costs depending on the product.

Return request must include the product serial number, the original invoice number and date. To receive a return authorization, please contact customer service via email at returns@babyboobasics.com or call us at 1(302) 830-3005. Returns will not be accepted without adherence to these guidelines.

Refunds on Pre-owned Products

Customer satisfaction is our goal. However, no refunds will be given on the purchase of any pre-owned products or equipment after a product has shipped. This includes any product condition other than "New".

Shipping Times

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are provided on the product pages. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 5-7 business days.

Order delays may occur, which are beyond the control of Baby Boo Basics. While we understand this can be frustrating, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding during these challenging times. We appreciate your business and patience.

Please Read the Following

When you are making a purchase from Baby Boo Basics, you are acknowledging the following of the Exchange Agreement:

  • I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, and notate and take pictures if there is any damage and provide it to Baby Boo Basics within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
  • I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange.
  • I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused. An additional restocking fee may occur.
  • I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, I am unable to receive a full refund.
  • I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product, but are usually around 25%.

Damages

Please carefully inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, make a note of it when signing for delivery. In the event that your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to returns@babyboobasics.com. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf. Freight damage claims must include photos and videos sent within 24 hours of delivery; otherwise, the claim will be deemed invalid. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.

Warranty

All our products come with guaranteed warranty policies. What that means is that you will receive a fully functional and operational product.

The warranty terms vary depending on the manufacturer. Please refer to the individual product pages for specific details. Warranty coverage applies to damages that occur over time and through normal use. If an item arrives damaged and is not reported within 30 days, it will not be considered a warranty claim.

BOGO Promotions

During a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned to receive a full refund. If only one of the two items is returned, you will receive a replacement for that item or store credit equivalent to the value of the item when purchased separately. If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges and, depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee. Refunds will be issued only to the original credit card used for the purchase.

Chargebacks

Our team of agents is here and dedicated to helping you resolve any issues that may arise. We have designed our policies to be as fair as possible, and we believe they are among the top in the industry. We are here to support you and provide the best possible resolution. However, please note that any customer who files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product or have encountered an issue with a product you received, please contact us, and we will help you resolve the matter.
