Our new MotoTec 1600w board now comes with dual motors! Having 2 separate motors, 1 on each rear wheel still allows the board to turn but avoids the board from twisting during acceleration, not to mention the better traction on dirt, no more single wheel spin.

The MotoTec Electric Skateboard is designed with large treaded tires for the best control and grip on almost any surface, even the beach! Our MotoTec skateboard takes the fun of surfing, snowboarding, and other adrenaline sports and combines it with skateboarding and off-road trails, then throws it all at you in one super fun package.

Controlled using a wireless, handheld remote control with variable throttle, this means you are always in control of how fast or slow you want to go. And when you want to stop, your skateboard is equipped with an integrated anti lock breaking system so you can stop safely. The MotoTec 1600w Off Road Electric Skateboard has a top speed of 22 mph with a riding time of 60-90 minutes. The battery pack takes 3-5 hours to fully charge.

Returns

Returns

Baby Boo Basics will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact Baby Boo Basics prior to doing so. If conditions for the product return as stated below are met, Baby Boo Basics will issue you a return authorization number (RA #) that must be marked on your return package. With the exception of returns caused by Baby Boo Basics error, shipping costs for returned items will be buyer's responsibility as well as the original shipping charge and a 25% restocking fee. No return will be accepted without invoice number or date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and in transit back to MotoTec USA within 10 days of receiving the product. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit.

Damaged / Defective Items:

Baby Boo Basics, through its supplier, will ship out free replacement parts if any shipping damage occurs or products arrive with missing/defective parts. Shipping of warranty parts is only covered if shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Customers are responsible for replacing these parts. Should the item be majorly damaged beyond warranty repair, Baby Boo Basics, at its discretion, will offer a return or ship a replacement unit. If damage is not reported to Baby Boo Basics within 10 days of receiving the item, the shipping companies will not honor the damage claim and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges. For items shipped LTL Freight, damage must be noted with the driver on the delivery receipt at time of signature, or for concealed damage, they must be notified within 5 days of receiving, otherwise the claim will be denied.

Lost or Stolen Items: (Signature Service & Shipping Insurance)

Baby Boo Basics and MotoTec USA are not responsible for any products lost or stolen after being left at a business or residence without the signature service purchased on the order. This is because FedEx will automatically deny all claims without signature. If a product is not received, FedEx advises the customer to file a police report for theft and claim it on homeowner's insurance.

Baby Boo Basics also offer shipping insurance through FedEx for an additional fee. If a product is lost in transit, FedEx will pay the entire insured value, but if additional insurance is not on the package, they will only cover the minimum $100 insurance plus the original shipping charge.

Example of no coverage: If insurance is on a package, but the package is delivered without a signature and the customer claims they did not receive it, FedEx will not pay the claim. Only when lost in transit, not after showing delivered.

Incorrect Product Specifications and/or Pictures:

Product specifications are provided to Baby Boo Basics by its supplier/manufacturers and may not always be correct. Products may also vary from the displayed picture, usually due to product improvements over time. Baby Boo Basics is not responsible for original or return shipping fee's should the spec's or picture be different than the actual item. Please contact Baby Boo Basics if you need to confirm anything specific about the item before placing your order.

Warranty

MotoTec USA products are guaranteed to be quality merchandise. Many products carry a Manufacturer's warranty. MotoTec USA will pass this warranty on to the buyer. Buyer should notify Baby Boo Basics immediately upon discovery of any product defect, Baby Boo Basics will notify MotoTec USA consecutively. Defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with Baby Boo Basics return policy and at buyer's expense. Baby Boo Basics will replace all defective items that meet the return/replacement requirements, but will not accept any liability for loss or inconvenience caused by their use or failure. All warranties are voided if defect has been caused in whole or in part by improper installation, abuse or misuse. Baby Boo Basics reserve the right to withhold issuance of credit until returned defective part has been examined and tested.

It is the complete responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their vehicles are operated by all federal, state and local laws. Buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of motorized products and holds Baby Boo Basics and MotoTec USA and its owners harmless of any liability.
