Where do we ship?

Continental US (Lower 48 States)

We offer Free Shipping on all of SkyBound's trampoline replacement parts and Super 4 and Super 7 Trampolines to the Lower 48 States except when noted on promotional or sale items. SkyBound's products ship via USPS and UPS Ground at our discretion. Please note we ship directly from our manufacturer.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico

We do not offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Please contact us to get a quote for shipping expenses to your shipping address. If you have any questions regarding shipping to these territories, please contact our Customer Service Center at (302) 830-3005.

International Orders

We now ship to every country around the world. Customers will get their shipping rates along with duties and taxes in their checkout page. Do you ship to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes?

We currently do not ship large packages to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, or international addresses. If your order has an APO/FPO or P.O. Box as the shipping address, a member of our customer service team will contact you for an alternate address., if you do not have an alternate address within the US or Canada, a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Did my order ship?

Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email with your order summary and order number, please hold onto this for future reference. Once your order has been processed and tracking information is available, and email will be sent to you with the tracking information and the carrier being used to ship your order. Your order will be shipped in 1 to 2 business days after being placed. Most orders will arrive to you within 5 business days from the shipping date, but please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. Shipping times may be longer and will vary for Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

How do I track my order?

Once you have received your tracking and carrier information, you can track your package through the carrier’s website or toll-free phone numbers. A Tracking link will be sent in your order confirmation. Your tracking link will become active once the carrier has scanned the shipping label. In any case you do not receive tracking please feel free to give us a call.

I live outside of the lower 48 states; can you ship to me?

We can accommodate shipping to most countries around the world. Customers will get their shipping rates along with duties and taxes at their checkout page. What if I need my order sooner?

If your item has already shipped, unfortunately, we cannot make changes to the shipping method. If you need an item by a certain date, we recommend selecting expedited shipping, which will be at your expense. Please contact our customer service team at +1 (302) 830-3005 to review your options.

How long will it be until I receive my order?

Typically, your order will ship the same day or next business day. Once it has shipped it should arrive to you in 3-5 business days. If you are located outside the lower 48 US states, shipping can take 7-10 days.

I live in Southern California; can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Yes! Our manufacturer's warehouse hours of operation are 8am-4:30pm. We ask that you call in ahead of time to make sure we have the item in stock and available for you.

Can I pick up from a store near me?

No, our only pick-up location is in 1431 W. Collins Ave. Orange, CA 92867

Returns

USA Return Policy:

If you decide that your SkyBound product(s) are not right for you within 30 days of your original purchase date, you may return it for a refund if the item is brand-new in box (minus shipping fees & re-stocking fees).

Here’s what you need to know:

  • The product must be in new, unused condition with all included accessories.
  • All returns are assessed a 15% to 50% re-stocking fee (all parts/components must be accounted for, if parts are missing or damaged, an additional fee will be assessed).
  • RMA # (Returns Authorization Number) is required for all returns.
  • Customers are responsible for Return Shipping.
  • All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment within 2 business days of receiving the return into our warehouse & QC check

How to request a return? (All request will be processed with 48 hours)

Option 1: Call customer service and request a return. An approval email with a RMA # and return instructions will be sent to you.
Option 2: Send an email to returns@babyboobasics.com and request a return. An approval email with an RMA # and return instructions will be sent to you.

International Return Policy

If you decide that your SkyBound product(s) are not right for you within 30 days of receiving your package, you may return it for a refund if the item is brand-new in box (minus shipping fees & re-stocking fees).

To help us better track your return, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required before shipping your products back.

LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE

Baby Boo Basics is an authorized dealer for SkyBound USA products. All warranty coverage is provided by product manufacturer, SkyBound USA, and extends only to the original retail purchaser from the date of purchase. Baby Boo Basics's obligation under this Warranty is limited to replacing or providing store credit only, at Baby Boo Basics’s discretion. All products for which a warranty claim is made must be received by Baby Boo Basics at its corporate location and accompanied by sufficient proof of purchase (photocopy of the original store or online receipt, indicating the date of purchase). All freight and handling fees are the responsibility of the consumer to pay, both to and from SkyBound’s corporate location. All warranty claims must be preauthorized by a SkyBound authorized dealer and case number must be obtained. Preauthorization can be obtained by contacting returns@babyboobasics.com or by calling (302) 830-3005.

This warranty does not extend to any product or damage to a product caused by or attributable to freight damage, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, products used for commercial or rental purposes, or repairs not approved by a Baby Boo Basics authorized agent. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, weathering, any issues resulting from failure to follow directions, improper installation, improper maintenance, or acts of nature (such as damage caused by wind, lightning, snow, water, or ice).

No other warranty beyond that specifically set forth above is authorized by Baby Boo Basics nor SkyBound. In order to determine the extent of the defect, Baby Boo Basics might require detailed photos. If photos cannot be sent, Baby Boo Basics will require the item be shipped to our manufacturer's corporate office where the defect will be assessed.

In the event the item is not deemed to be defective by our technical staff, the item will be returned at the cost of the customer. We will hold the non-defective item for a period of 30 days from receipt, at which time the item will be discarded as deemed appropriate by our staff. The customer will be contacted at regular intervals to be warned about the impending discard date.

Baby Boo Basics and SkyBound are not responsible or liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product or other damages with respect to any economic loss, loss of property, loss of revenue or profits, loss of enjoyment or use, cost of removal, installation or other consequential damages, some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, the above limitation may not apply to you.

Furthermore, Baby Boo Basics and SkyBound do not provide nor imply any warranty or coverage for costs associated with injury due to the use of our product. Please use the product in accordance with the provided manuals, which are also available online. The absence of a manual not included with a shipment does not void this warranty. It is the responsibility of the customer to seek out information in connection with safe use of their product.

The warranty extended hereunder is in lieu of all other warranties and Baby Boo Basics and SkyBound specifically disclaim any implied warranty of merchantability for a particular purpose is limited in its scope and duration to the terms set forth herein. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts. Accordingly, the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

SkyBound Trampoline OEM Mats: Warranty term varies per model.

Premium Mat: 2-year coverage on the stitching, V-rings, and mat material.

Standard Mat: 1-year coverage on the stitching, V-rings, and mat material.

Examples of what is covered:

Item arrived defective/damaged upon delivery, such as with small tears, holes, frayed edges at the seams, v-rings falling out, loose threads on the jumping surface area or stitching and webbing deteriorating in under 1 year from original purchase date.

Examples of what is NOT covered:

Large or small tears due to contact with sharp objects, such as small round holes due to cigarette burns or contact with shoes or heels. "Crossing", or "X-ing" or "V-ing" springs leading to bent V-rings falling off or tearing the mat material is not covered. Weather-related issues, abuse, or misuse of the product are not covered.

Large or small tears due to contact with sharp objects, such as small round holes due to cigarette burns or contact with shoes or heels. Weather-related issues, abuse, or misuse of the product are not covered.

Color fading (UV exposure), ripped or torn-off velcro straps or bands, Holes on pad material surface due to burns (such as cigarettes), rips, or holes that may develop during storage, which can be caused by pests.

Examples of what is covered:

Item arrived defective/damaged upon delivery, such as with over-stretched springs, broken springs, rusted or tarnished coating on springs, or misshaped or angled spring hooks, making installation difficult to complete.

Examples of what is NOT covered:

Over-stretched springs and broken springs due to misuse or abuse of the product is not covered. "Crossing" or "X-ing", "V-ing", or stacking/chaining springs will also void warranty coverage. Weather-related issues, such as rust or oxidation, will not be covered under warranty. Ordering the incorrect size spring for your trampoline is also not covered.

Item arrived defective, such as missing the sharp edge, broken handle, buckles and straps not working correctly

Item arrived defective/damaged on delivery, such as fitment hole issues, broken or damaged components, cracked or broken plastic steps.

Examples of what is NOT covered:

Over-limit weight capacity damage, foam sleeve damage or deterioration, damaged or stripped bolts or screws, rust or damage caused by weather exposure, misuse or abuse of the product.

Examples of what is covered:

Item arrived defective/damaged on delivery, such as with fitment issues, welding issues, cracked or broken leg extensions, broken springs, rusted or tarnished coating on springs, or misshaped or angled spring hooks, making installation difficult to complete.

Misuse or abuse of the product, over-stretched springs due to misuse, rust, oxidation, or corrosion caused by weather exposure.
