Shipping & Returns

RECEIPT OF SIDPMENT/CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:

Before signing for your order, check to see that you are receiving the same number of cartons, bundles, welded frames, etc., indicated on your receipt. Note any shortages or visible damage on your receipt and have the driver note these also. Damage that is found after you unpack the shipment (concealed damage) must be reported to Baby Boo Basics Customer Service immediately. Please closely inspect your shipment! Most freight companies allow 10 days from receipt to report concealed damage. NOTE: If you discover damage of any kind, DO NOT DESTROY ANY ORIGINAL Shipping CARTONS. All SportsPlay merchandise is shipped unassembled unless otherwise specified.

FREIGHT CLAIMS:

Customers, upon delivery, are expected to check products against packing list and sign the order short otherwise claims will not be honored. Baby Boo Basics will not honor freight claims on concealed damage 14 days past delivery date.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization from Baby Boo Basics. Restocking charges and all freight charges may apply. Absolutely no returns will be authorized on equipment which has been installed or equipment which has been in storage for more than 90 days. Returns of any items in an unusable condition subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:

Orders cancelled with Baby Boo Basics after any customer work has been done or after they have been loaded on the trailer are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellation of any custom orders subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

CATALOG ERRORS & PRODUCT CHANGES:

Due to the possibility of typographical errors in this catalog, as well as fluctuations in raw material costs, prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. The manufacturer, SportsPlay, reserves the right to change product specifications or colors at any time without incurring obligations. Pictures may not reflect changes made to meet new CPSC guidelines.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES:

Freight charges include normal tail gate delivery within the continental United States. (Additional charges will be added for shipments out of the continental U.S.) "Inside Delivery'' requests must be specified on the order. There are additional charges for "Inside Delivery," "Residential" and "Call Before Delivery." Please call for an estimate on these charges.

Installation

This item might require assembly/installation. Please check manuals to learn more. All products delivered knocked down (not assembled) unless otherwise noted. Detailed assembly instructions and a packing list are included in the hardware bag(s) of your shipment and should be carefully checked against the order immediately. All installation costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any trip charges for any work that seeks to have Baby Boo Basics reimburse a customer for any installation charges of any kind must be pre-approved in writing.
