The elite two is geared toward intermediate and advanced intermediate players.  The triple oscillation feature, which produces shots at random width and depth, places emphasis on strong footwork and the ability to adapt to the types of variable shots one sees in match play.  This machine can be purchased with our compact and versatile, elite 10-function remote.

While almost all battery-powered tennis ball machines sweep randomly left to right horizontally, the Lobster elite two tennis ball launcher also oscillates vertically, giving you short and deep shots in a random pattern to provide a better physical workout. Or, choose your shot placement vertically only and horizontally only.

Triple oscillation simulates match play by combining both vertical and horizontal oscillation functions to throw balls throughout the entire court-left, right, short, and deep.

Shipping

All Lobster products are shipping directly from the manufacturer and machines will be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex.

Shipping Damage

If an order arrives with shipping damages, please take photos as soon as you receive the product to show damage caused by shipping then contact Customer Service. We will to arrange to send a replacement. A prepaid return shipping label will be issued. Upon pick up of the damaged machine by Fed Ex, the customer must call in the pick-up tracking number and a replacement will be shipped as soon as possible.

Mis-Shipments

We strive to maintain the highest shipping quality standards at 100% accuracy. However, in the event an order is not correct please contact Customer Service to rectify the situation.

Backorders

During peak season items, may become backordered. If an accessory is backordered for 1 to 7 days, the entire order will be held and shipped as one. If an accessory is backordered 8 or more days, a partial shipment will be made and the backordered item(s) will be shipped as soon as they become available. Shipping will be charged for the backordered item less the handling fee. If a machine is backordered, all accessories will be held and shipped with the unit.

Warranty

Manufacturer warrants that each Lobster Sports ball machine purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase except for the battery and server wheels which are warranted for 6 months.

Lobster Sports's Quality control checks are performed at each step of the assembly process if your new machine has tennis ball fuzz inside or your pickle ball wheels looks slightly used, then you know Lobster tested it properly. Lobster Sports builds quality machines and back them up with thier warranty. 

Activate your warranty by emailing your warranty card to customerservice@lobstersports.com. Lobster Sports may require you to furnish proof of purchase details to verify your warranty.

Warranty Shipping

The manufacturer's warranty covers parts and labor and one-way shipping for US domestic retail customers. US retail customers that need warranty service must contact baby Boo Basics customer service to receive authorization to ship the warranty product back to the factory. The customer must cover the inbound shipping costs to the factory. Lobster Sports will fix all products under warranty free of charge and will ship the product back to US domestic customers free of charge. All expedited shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

Domestic Warranty

Manufacturer ensures to restore a machine under warranty, a Lobster accessory, or machine part to working order. This includes parts and labor on machines due to manufacturer’s defects. However, if a repair is needed, the customer must ship the product at their expense to the designated repair center. All warranty items must have a return authorization from Customer Service in order to be received in manufacturer’s factory.

The warranty does not cover misuse, including using the product for purposes other than tennis, neglect, alteration or accident (refer to warranty). For warranty issues, please contact our Customer Service department at (302) 830-3005.

International customers must pay for all shipping fees into the factory and outside of the US.

In order to process a warranty part or repair, a customer’s warranty must be activated. If it has not, then the customer must provide the necessary information to activate their warranty in order to receive the warranty part or repair free of charge.

Warranty Time Periods

Battery Machines: two-year limited warranty

Battery and Server Wheels: six-months from the date of purchase.

Accessories: one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Parts: six-month warranty from the date of purchase.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Lobster Sports is so confident in the quality of thier products that they offer an exclusive 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us to receive an RA number and return instructions. Please note there is 25% restocking fee deductible when you return a product.

Repair (Non-Warranty)

Lobster Sports provides repair service on all machines provided they are not older than 7 years. This is due to changes in product design and compatibility on parts that are no longer available.

Machine owners can contact Lobster Sports Customer Service Department at customerservice@lobstersports.com to obtain the require return authorization.

Please provide the serial number to obtain the return authorization that is printed on white sticker on the bottom of the machine.

All inbound and outbound shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer along with all parts and labor. Labor charges is $95 per hour with a 1-hour minimum.

Warranty Policy & Coverage

Optional Extended Warranty 

An optional extended warranty is available within the first 60 days from purchase.

Additional one year: $110 for elite, grand or pickle, $199 for phenom
Additional two years: $165 for elite, grand or pickle, $299 for phenom
Additional three years: $249 for elite, grand or pickle, $399 for phenom

To purchase an extended warranty within the 60-day period after purchase, please call 800.210.5992 with your machine serial number and date of purchase.

Returns

RETURN POLICY

Lobster Sports 30-day Guarantee starts the day your item is delivered to you and ends on the 30th day following receipt of the product. Your return shipment must be received in Lobster Sports factory by the 30th day in order to be eligible. Returns that do not have the RA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package will be returned to sender.

Baby Boo Basics nor Lobster Sports cannot be held responsible for packages lost by your shipping carrier. We recommend adding tracking and insurance when returning a product. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once return is received, a refund of the product price will go back to card used at time of purchase, minus a 25% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping and handling costs. Refunds generally process within 21 business days of receiving your return.

We do not accept returns on any demo or reconditioned tennis ball machines.

All sales on tennis balls are final (there is no warranty on tennis balls; there are no returns on tennis balls – no exceptions).
